craft as well
as what it takes to be a customer-oriented,
profitable business. AES currently has sixty
employees serving
the mid-Atlantic and continues to grow at a
steady pace.
Key management includes:
Kevin Robertshaw
President, CEO
Kevin is utilizing his 25 years of construction
field and management experience to install field,
administrative and financial systems and procedures,
strengthening the AES structure. His focus is
on customer service, employee satisfaction/growth
and strategic planning, as well as defining and
instilling the company culture and work ethic
that set AES apart in the industry. Kevin holds
a degree in Business Administration and Marketing
from Frostburg State University.

Pat McKenzie
Production Manager, Lighting Services Division
Licensed Journeyman Electrician
With two decades of experience in the electrical field, Pat McKenzie brings a wealth of knowledge to each project, specializing in project management and human resources. In addition to his on-site responsibilities, Pat hires, trains and evaluates lighting services field employees, ensuring that the AES culture and work ethic is instilled the first day and practiced every day.
Brad Bell
Senior Estimator, Lighting Services Division
With nearly two decades of estimating and project
management experience, Brad
is responsible for all commercial lighting
estimates as well as all project
purchasing and change orders. His extensive knowledge
of the industry has allowed him to build strong
vendor and client relationships, ensuring that
estimates are both prompt and accurate.
Richard Nunn
Lighting Business Development, Lighting Services Division
Rich heads up our Lighting Sales Department with 20 years experience in construction sales. His focus on customer service and customer relations makes him a valuable addition to the AES team. His responsibilities prior to joining AES included managing annual sales volume of $20 million. Rich has a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington College.
Frank Cappella
Lighting Business Development, Lighting Services Division
Frank joins AES with 20 years experience in the commercial construction industry and 17+ years of hands-on project management and engineering experience. His branch and project management experience makes Frank a welcome addition to the AES team in order to maximize our customer service. Frank is also an OSHA certified safety professional as well as a licensed radiation safety officer.
